Position: Office Administrator

 

Responsibilities

1.    財務・経理

1)   銀行振込や記帳のサポート

2)   請求書や領収書の整理等

3)   会計会社との連携

2.    総務

1)   EP申請・更新

2)   CPF関連対応

3)   有給等管理

4)   MOMアップデート

5)   備品購入

6)   来客者応対

Requirements

1.    Relevant administrative experience

2.    Experience at leasing or finance industry is advantage

3.    Diploma or Degree

4.    Japanese language skill (JLPT N3 or above) is required to liaise with JP HQ.
