Objective:
Responsible for delivering network services & Security solutions to large Enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical design from concept to implementation; responsible for design, configuration, testing and commissioning of solutions
Support key customers in Security products such as Firewalls, IPS, IDS (e.g. Palo Alto, Checkpoint, McAfee, Bluecoat, F5) products.
Manage 1st level escalation issues during deployment.
Serve as trusted advisor for customers and identify business opportunities for the organisation.
Participate in the tendering process and present technical solutions as well as services to customers.
Stay abreast of technical issues, options and advancements within the internetworking industry.
Job Requirements:
Experience in technical implementation, consultancy or presales environment for Networking / Security projects
Certification in CCNP / CCDP preferred
Certification in CCIE an added advantage
Good knowledge in network systems, communications interfaces protocols and diagnostic tools
Strong experience deploying security solutions such as Cisco ASA, FTD, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, McAfee IDS/IPS, F5 and Other network security systems
Good knowledge of products related to Routing, Switching and Firewall
