Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing excellent service to member’s enquiries (Membership Q&A, promotion, service), maintain good rapport. Basically liaising with customers via Email.
Handle all enquiries and transactions, monitoring the status and take proactive approach in following up.
Works collaboratively and in a positive manner with others.
Prepares timely and accurate documentation and reports
Job Requirement
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
Passionate in customer service
