Based onsite in Singapore, the position involves assisting customers, responding to enquiries, maintaining inventory information, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
Send purchased products for repairs if necessary
Respond to online and offline enquiries from customers
Welcome and assist customers who visit the store
Support marketing and promotional activities
Input information on purchased inventory into the company’s data system
Requirements
Outgoing and adaptable personality with the ability to communicate with customers
Conversational or higher-level Japanese language skills to communicate with the Japan head office
Ability to perform steady and meticulous work
Experience in store management or appraisal would be an advantage
