Our client, total logistics service provider is looking for Japanese Speaking talent to join their Customer Service team.
Working Location: East
Working Hour: 5.5days (Alternate Sat)
• Responsible for smooth logistics activity by closely liaising with internal and external parties.
• Proactively update customer when an irregular situation has happened
• Conduct a regular review to Customer
• Make sure that all the activity is following SOP and meeting customer’s expectation
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior
• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) effectively to liaise with Japan counterpart
• Has good understand of logistics operational flow
• Has good stress tolerance and ability to work well in the fast-paced working environment
• Able to communicate effectively with different background/levels of people
• Has good customer service skill
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
