Our client, total logistics service provider is looking for Japanese Speaking talent to join their Customer Service team.


Working Location: East

Working Hour: 5.5days (Alternate Sat)


[Job Scope]

         Responsible for smooth logistics activity by closely liaising with internal and external parties.

         Proactively update customer when an irregular situation has happened

         Conduct a regular review to Customer

         Make sure that all the activity is following SOP and meeting customer’s expectation

         Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior



         Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) effectively to liaise with Japan counterpart

         Has good understand of logistics operational flow

         Has good stress tolerance and ability to work well in the fast-paced working environment

         Able to communicate effectively with different background/levels of people

         Has good customer service skill

         Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
