Well established Freight Forwarder is looking for Japanese Speaking Logistics Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Working location: East
Ø Monitor and manage import shipments for customer and take necessary action proactively to meet their expectation.
Ø Closely liaise with internal other departments/teams for smooth business operations
Ø Always maintain good customer service quality standard and closely follow SOP.
Ø Other ad-hoc duties which assigned by senior
Ø Customer service oriented with sense of urgency
Ø Able to communicate well with different background of people with respect
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ø Japanese skill (Speaking and writing, JLPT N2 and above) to attend and follow up well with Japanese speaking customers
