・Lead User Support sub-team as team sub-leader
・Responsible for user support works including:
>Help Desk Support
>Field engineer tasks (PC/VDI/laptop/tablet/phone creation/kitting, application install and setup desktop environment)
>HW/SW inventory control and license management
>GA support (TV/Audio conference, meeting room setup) and user request tasks (USB control, data transfer and Laptop.)
[Requirement]
・a minimum of 5 years related experience in IT system administration/operations
・Good team player and able to work independently
・Good communications and interpersonal skills
・Knowledge an experience in Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, Windows 7/10 client and VMware technology will be an advantage
・Banking Domain knowledge will help the candidate perform successfully in this role
・Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels, are attributes that will help the candidate perform successfully in this role
・Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese as the incumbent is required to read and understand documents as well as respond and present in these two languages
