Our client, a well-established MNC is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to assist their Japanese-speaking client to well understand and meet their expectations.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Visit customer place and understand the situation
  • Closely liaise with internal teams to smooth operations
  • Prepare quotation and other necessary documentation according to job requirements
  • Make sure that system data and documents are correct
  • Other ad-hoc duties which arise on the job

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Having customer service experience
  • Able to communicate in Japanese effectively as this role is deal with Japanese client 
  • Able to work well with different backgrounds of people effectively
  • Has a strong hospitality mindset
  • Detail-oriented, Organized, Quality Focus and Efficient


BENEFITS

  • Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:30, Mon – Fri
