IT Specialist (Permanent Role)

MNC, SI company is seeking IT Specialist who is responsible for inhouse IT system operation (especially infrastructure) and planning for enhancement.

 Responsibilities:

-         Internal IT system management, day to day operation (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firmware update)

-         IT assets management (hardware/software)

-         Budget management for Internal IT team

-         User training of system change, information security policy change, etc

-         Troubleshooting of Internal IT system/equipment (PC, server, NW equipment)

-         Improvement and enhancement of Internal IT environment (flex-address office, Internal IT system migration to Cloud）

-         Planning and defining the Security policy, Maintenance policy, etc.

Requirements:

-         Possess a Diploma / Degree in Computer-related field from a recognized institution.

-         5 years of experience in Infrastructure operation and maintenance and project lead

-         Technical Requirements:

-         Microsoft 365（Microsoft Admin Center, Intune…etc), Cloud Services (AWS/Azure), Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Backup tool (Veeam), Network (Paloalto)

Benefit

-         Salary:  About $4,000-6,000/m x13 + VB

-         Leave:   AL 14 days/ML 14 days

-         Working time:  MON - FRI, 9:00am - 6:00pm (1-hour break)
