Job Description

·         Recruitment

o   Support hiring managers in their recruitment needs, both local and regional

o   This includes drafting job descriptions, working with recruitment agencies in sourcing, screening of CVs, interview arrangements, and preparation of compensation proposals and letters of offer

·         Training and development

o   Assess training needs, source training vendors and organize training activities

o   Organize annual lecture by Senior Executives

·         Performance evaluation

o   Support in the annual performance evaluation, increment and bonus exercise

·         Employee Welfare

o   Organize annual employee events and activities such as welcome party, Chinese New Year party etc

·         Employee Benefits

o   Maintain and administer employee benefits program such as medical insurance renewal

·         Expatriate Management & Mobility Support

o   Employment pass administration by checking accuracy of employment pass new applications and renewals

·         Compliance

o   Monitor government regulation changes

o   Conduct compliance training in HR regulation and human rights awareness

·         Update and present HR information in monthly connect meeting and all staff meeting

·         Conduct annual employee engagement survey

·         Collate survey results, prepare result materials for presentation to management

·         Support GHQ in HR regional projects:

o   Global Sourcing, Global Mobility and Human Capital Principle

·         BCP

o   Update latest Covid-19 news and regulations

o   Update monthly roster plan/employee health declarations

o   Update Covid-19 Company rules based on government regulations



  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of HR managerial experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible and ability to manage time and deadlines well
  • Hands-on and proficient in MS Office
