JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, plan and manage all the human resources functions, operations and activities.
  • Be responsible and provide strategic quality services for the company human resources proactively.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and work with internal and external customers to design and develop solutions/priorities on people need.
  • Be Responsible for planning the engagement for HR consulting and advisory for business leaders in the organization.
  • Be Responsible for seeking solutions to various issues by liaising with HQ, regal partners, HR consulting and government agency such as MOM
  • Implementing/revising internal personnel system such as personnel evaluation, Salary table, Employee Benefits, personnel development, etc
  • HR Managementperformance appraisal, job grade, salary review for Locally Hired Staffs
  • Ensures compliance on labor legislations requirement and all parties interest are well protected and in line with polices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • experience in HR for more than 10 years
  • Equipped with management/leadership skill
  • Prefer to have working experience in Japanese Company, reading and writing Japanese to liaise with HQ in Japan
  • Prefer to have an experience of starting-up the company
