Job Description

  • Lead organisational design activities and work closely with management on strategic initiatives
  • Analyse, plan, develop, implement and execute policies and activities towards achieving company and department goals and objectives. Proactively lead to improving and restructuring current work process (including outsource) and enhance more strategic function of the team
  • Implement, communicate, interact, enforce and providing advices regarding company policies, employee benefits, HR initiatives with all levels of management, across all Business Units/subsidiaries
  • Responsible for managing Japanese expatriates HR related matters such as work pass, onboarding process, payroll, income tax filing and benefit
  • Provides day-to-day coaching on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and system application
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned and HR improvement projects

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of similar working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with people of all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Japanese will be advantageous
