Responsibilities
- Verify and process monthly staff payroll, claims and other payments
- Coordinate staff related activities (eg. Annual Health Screening, insurance applications)
- Coordinate expat staff related matters with offices in Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar
- Support in HR policies, systems and processes review
- Support in HR monthly and yearly budget
- Support in the development of L&D programmes
- Support Management in ad hoc HR and related projects
Requirements
- Min Degree holders, with at least 3 years of HR generalist working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Japanese due to frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts and handling of Japanese documents
