Position: Sales Manager or HR Consultant
- Provide the consultation of talent development, organizational development. (Hearing current concerns, plan the project and advise conceivable risk.
- Responsible for Account Management with existing clients and Business Development to new potential clients.
- Design the training/KPI/course, execute, monitor and analyse to create strong synergy for the client.
- If you are keen on Consultant role, you will also responsible for Training role.
- Account Management experience in intangible services / soluition sales.
- Experiences in Consulting, HR, Recruiting, Advertising and other solution sales industries will be advantageous.
- Used to work with Project base business.
- Strong communication skill.
- Never-give up mindset, self-driven, highly-motivated and caring personality.
- To handle and have some meeting with Japanese clients , JLPT N2 Level of Japanese will be required. (Most of meeting will be conducted in English)
