Our client is a general trading company. It is one of the largest trading companies and has leading market shares in cereal and paper pulp trading as well as a strong electrical and industrial plant business.
Job Role
Payroll calculation and bonus processing
Settlement work related to welfare benefits
Income declaration (information gathering)
reimbursement of expatriate employees' expenses (travel, education, and other fringe benefits)
Responding to daily inquiries from expatriates, explaining salary and benefit handling at the time of return
Compilation of documents for EP application
Budgeting and accounting for HR and general affairs
Summary of personnel expenses for expats
System (adding people, issuing IDs, reissuing): data input, payroll system, registration in institutional system, approval, etc.
Management of internal system called workflow (not IT): management of business travel, travel expenses, entertainment expenses, conference expenses, etc., and setting up routes for evaluator tree structure.
Communication with headquarters
Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
