Market-leading MNC Foods trading company(Wholesalers) is looking for e-commerce Customer Service Executive who is familiar with handling customer enquiries.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for;

-Enquiries from Customer
-Guiding online catalogue
-Follow up the ordering schedule and payment system, self-collection etc.
-Managing product information

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-At least 2~3 years of similar experience at the Trading company.

 (Following up via Email, Phone, Whatsapp message/calls)
-Willing to learn, fast-learner, responsible, patient and multi-tasking
-Chinese language will be an advantage to liaise with counterparts, customers.
