Japanese Company is looking for Part-timer of accounting / admin assistant
Responsibilities: - Preparation for corresponding outosourcing company for bookkeepig.
- Purchase & sales data entry for payment list.
- Control of authorization and payment of purchase invoices, expense & credit card claim by issuing cheque, arranging wire transfer and GIRO setting.
- Maintaining cash book and check the bank statement for comparison of caskbook.
- Record monthly sales activities and summarize the record monthly basis in the point of AP / AR management - Day-to-day check and support for Document Approval and Travel Approval.
- Filing, archiving & photocopying all the DA and contracts.
- liaison with Administrative vendors and Japan HQ.
- Answering of phone calls & visitors at door /Attend to guests : bring guest to meeting room, make tea/distribute bottled water, inform attendees
Requirement: - more than three years of administrative and./or finance related job which involves detail oriented atitude. - Fluent in Japanese as this role need to report to, and liaise with HQ in Japan
