JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A well-established multinational organisation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive, Corporate & Administration to join its Corporate Division. This role sits within a regional headquarters environment and supports administrative operations and corporate communication initiatives across multiple countries in South Asia and Oceania.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting expatriate management, and strengthening regional internal communications aligned with headquarters’ initiatives.
Administrative Support
Administer employee training programmes, long-service awards, leave and claims processing.
Manage corporate card usage and air travel bill administration.
Drive digitisation initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and streamline processes.
Support expatriates on international assignments, including coordination of employment passes and dependent passes.
Handle housing and tenancy-related administrative matters for expatriates.
Corporate Communication
Coordinate and implement regional initiatives driven by headquarters in collaboration with country managers.
Support regional corporate communication efforts to strengthen internal alignment across countries.
Ensure consistent corporate messaging, values, and branding across the South Asia region.
Facilitate effective communication between headquarters and regional stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, HR administration, regional coordination, or corporate communications.
Proven experience working with cross-border or regional teams in a multinational environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
