A major Japanese company in the Real Estate industry is looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general affairs and support of his/her department.
Assist in preparation of reports for management (Japanese/English)
Manage management's schedule and make travel arrangements such as flight and accommodation reservations.
Handle internal and external emails and phone calls mainly from Japan and Southeast Asia.
Various internal reports, expense reimbursement and order placement.
Arranging other internal and external meetings, etc.
You will be trained by the same secretarial admin team. The percentage of general and support duties may change depending on your experience and skills.
Working experience in administrative, general affairs or support
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Japanese is required due to frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts and handling of Japanese documents
