Job Responsibilities

  •  Reporting and Operation for Board of Director
  • Preparation for Yearly Budgeting and new project
  • Planning for new sales plan and modified business operation
  • Support, assist clients in Japan
  • Manage customer information, documentation
  • KPIs monitoring and achieving company key business objectives
  • Assist in recruitment and selection of employees
  • Operations, administration support
  •  Provide guidance, training new employees


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in customer specialist and management
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification
  • Able to speak business proficient Japanese to work with external Japanese counterparts
  • Able to manage, lead a team, leadership, customer oriented and motivated indivdual
