Well Established Freight Forwarder is looking for a person who has strong Customer service/Account Management skill to join their team.


Working location: East

Working days: 5days.


[Job Description]
You will take necessary action for smooth warehouse operation by well communicate and coordinate internal and external relevant parties as well as resolve operational issue and response to customer in timely manner.

Ø  Liaise with customer closely to understand customer’s expectation

Ø  Provide necessary support, giving operational instruction, scheduling to operation team to meet customer’s expectation

Ø  Coordinate well with internal and external parties

Ø  Investigate operational incident and make necessary report timely manner

Ø  Administrative work

Ø  Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior



Ø  Has customer service, call centre or coordination experience

Ø  Has basic understand of Warehouse operations

Ø  Has listening ear and able to communicate effectively

Ø  Strong coordination and following up skill

Ø   Not set limit own job scope and able to take necessary action promptly

Ø  Able to work team as well as independently

Ø  Willing to travel within Singapore according to job requirement

Ø  Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
