COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is one of the largest providers of test and assembly services for a wide range of semiconductor devices.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Incoming Dies visibility to the Factory for planning and execution.
  • Analyze customer forecast numbers and work with Customer to pull in dies to fulfill Forecast / AOP/Customer Shipment requirements.
  • Provide instruction to Planning to execute orders and changes in priorities and orders.
  • Provide wip status, ship-out plan and finished good information to customers.
  • Brief internal team on changes in flow / process / customer requirements after understanding customers' specs.
  • Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Management or related studies.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, preferably in a semiconductor (Subcon) Sales & Marketing environment.
  • Candidates with no relevant experience is also welcome to apply.
  • Able to bridge between and build up rapport with customer and internal engineering, logistics & planning team.
  • Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
