We are representing our client who is in the FMCG Consumer Goods sector (MNC). This role will work in close collaboration with the Sales Directors of Cambodia and Indonesia and their teams to drive profitable growth of the company.
We are looking for a talented and highly capable candidate to drive revenue & margin growth through optimizing our pricing, mix, and commercial investment based on disciplined analytics.

- Develop intentional end to end pricing strategy
- Continuously drive SKU mix towards growth and profits
- Optimize commercial spend effectiveness and efficiency
- Optimize customer incentive schemes and support negotiations
- Train Managers of Indonesia and Cambodia
- Partner with sales and commerce teams on creating and executing the agenda
- University degree in Economics/Business Management
- Minimum 8 years of commercial & analytics experience, preferably in FMCG
- Preferred background in but not limited to Marketing & Sales, Consulting, Investment Banking or M&A
- Commercially astute
- Sound decision-making and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Willing to travel when required
