The Corporate Planning Executive role supports group-level reporting and business performance monitoring across multiple entities within a global financial services company. Responsibilities
Oversee reporting across three business entities, consolidating and analysing key financial and operational data for reporting to headquarters
Prepare clear, structured reports by translating complex financial and business performance data into actionable insights for management
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, validate and interpret data to support business decision-making
Support corporate governance processes, including preparation of materials and documentation for Board of Directors meetings
Assist in streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy and transparency
Requirements
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate planning or management reporting
Ability to work with large datasets and present insights in a clear and structured manner
Experience supporting board processes or preparing management materials would be advantageous
