The client is a healthcare services provider, headquartered in Europe, with SEA HQ in Singapore. They are now looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager — SE Asia who is passionate about healthcare, a self-starter, has excellent communication and relationship management skills, a can-do attitude, and an ability to identify needs and create opportunities.
This is an ideal position for a sales professional with experience in the private health insurance or employee benefits space.
Job Responsibilities:
To develop and Generate Sales and New Revenue Sources for the Company
Create and manage pipeline of leads and potential customers to meet annual sales targets
Cultivate relationships and generate sales (new business) to health insurers and corporates
Generate new distribution channels for existing products/services
Build customer engagement plans
Work with Business Development team to create new partnerships and growth opportunities for the company
Prepare tailored presentations and sales pitches for potential clients — in collaboration with Marketing Department
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
Relevant Diploma/Degree preferably with background in healthcare or business
Experience in the private health insurance or employee benefits sector is mandatory
Experience in selling healthcare services and generating new business with payers, providers, employers, a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to identify needs and create solutions/opportunities
Proactive, independent, and able to prioritize and meet targets
Willingness to travel frequently and highly collaborative spirit
