• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting at an operating company

• Management experience within corporate functions, including Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources

• Proven experience in completing monthly and annual financial closings, as well as handling tax filing and compliance

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management (FP&A), with reporting to senior management / executives

• Practical knowledge or management experience in HR and labor administration, including payroll and social insurance

• Business-level English proficiency, with experience working with overseas subsidiaries and international stakeholders

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency to communicate internally and externally
