Job Description:

• Act as the first point of contact for the customers
• Understanding both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving a high priority to customer satisfaction
• To provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
• To provide pro - active feedback to customers to ensure that the committed ETA is respected
• To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least A level/College, any field
• At least 1 year Call Centre/Customer Service experience required
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Able to multi-task and committed to service excellence
• Able to work shifts and/or on weekends/public holidays
• Able to handle English/Korean speaking customer (in order to provide pro-active feedback to the English/Korean speaking customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected)
• Good team player
