Our growing company is looking for a Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets for Medical Device. We're searching for suitable candidate that has a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations, ability to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. Candidates who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage stress and challenges in an evolving industry landscape
· Oversee the sales process to attract new clients / new business partners to grow the Medical Device business
· Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
· Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
· Research and identify new market opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver pitches to potential customers / partners.
· Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
· Regular written structured reporting, and completion of sales reporting tools
· Any other duties as assigned by the company.
· Degree or Tertiary qualifications – Preferably in medical / business / scientific field. Digital marketing is a plus.
· Experience in Channel Management/ Distributor Management
· Preferably with at least 2-3 years business experience with capital equipment segement
