We’re looking for a Recruiter with a genuine passion for finding and landing great talent. Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills will be key to your success, as will your ability to influence the recruitment process and hiring decisions where necessary. You’ll have to be comfortable challenging your stakeholders when required.
• 1-2 years recruitment process experience or TA coordination experience in fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination between internal Managers and Contractors
• Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative group.
• Learn new tools and deliver high quality results on time.
• Highly detail oriented and effective organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
• Ability to work effectively with internal / external groups or individuals.
• Ability to work across divisional teams.
• Strong working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software; with experience using current version of MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred.
