JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support, diagnostics, and product training to distributors and service partners.
Manage warranty, spare parts, and service-related enquiries from customers and channels.
Review in-warranty claims, prepare fault cost reports, and support approvals.
Monitor product quality issues, analyse defects, and coordinate corrective actions with factories and partners.
Maintain service documentation, including manuals, training materials, and spare parts references.
Oversee defective unit exchanges, inspections, repairs, and return coordination.
Handle regulatory requirements (COC, WELS) and support testing for new product launches.
Support continuous improvement of service operations across local and regional markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in technical support, aftersales, or service operations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing warranty claims, service documentation, or product quality issues is an advantage.
Ability to work cross-functionally with distributors, factories, and internal teams.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Preferred
Formal training in food safety (HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF).
Experience with allergen management and sanitation verification.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S).
