We are currently looking for Assistant Sales Manager for Chemical & Food department for our client, well-established Japanese chemical trading company.
In detail of required work for this recruitment:
We are looking for a candidate to do sales for food ingredient and oleo chemicals. For food ingredient, the main target will be food, beverage, flavor industry. For oleo chemicals, we will require to maintain the current account and find new sources. Business trip will be required and to attend customer for visitation to our customer.
Job description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in related field for Food Technology or Chemical
- Experience more than 7 years in food ingredient industry
- Experience to hunt new customer to sell food ingredient
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility for all works
- Inquisitive personality to learn new knowledge, to explore customer’s needs
