-Billing our accounting fees, confirming payments received, organizing payment invoices, and requesting payment approval.
-Purchase office supplies and equipment, communicate with office landlords, and perform other Admin duties
-Administrative duties such as purchasing office supplies and handling office rentals, etc. You will be responsible for sending invoices to clients and clearing accounts receivable
Salary: depends on experience
Working hours: 9:00-18:00 (for full-time work).
Annual paid vacation: 14 days-
