Job Description

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Department
  • Handling “Know Your Client” and “conflict of interest” processes for new client account onboarding and periodic KYC reviews for existing clients. Working closely with internal teams in documentation and onboarding
  • Working together with HK Middle Office team to provide middle office support (e.g. support in trade booking and settlement)
  • Maintenance of all trading / KYC / other admin reporting and records (daily, monthly statements / account opening documents / trade orders etc.)
  • Business travel administration, including flight and hotel booking, visa application and settlement of travel expenses in a timely manner
  • Liaison with relevant departments at the company’s head office in Japan and overseas offices
  • Occasional translation work if necessary
  • Other general support/help as required and any other tasks deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Department


  • Degree holder with min 2 years of similar working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team player, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Japanese due to frequent liaising with Japanese counterparts and handling of Japanese documents
