The Small Tools Sales Representative role focuses on achieving sales and order targets while supporting the growth of small tools and calibration solutions. The position combines distributor relationship management, product expertise, technical support, and sales administration within a professional and structured regional environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and order targets
Analyse the performance of authorised distributors and conduct regular business reviews to monitor progress and adjust strategies as required
Support sales administration activities, including order processing, to help maintain seamless business operations
Act as a subject matter expert for the product range, supporting the main team with product demonstrations and needs assessments
Proactively promote and expand the calibration business as a value-added service
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness through regular monitoring and follow-up
Provide technical training and sales support to authorised distributors to support the effective promotion of products
Stay up to date with market trends and developments across related industries
Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and contribute to lead generation
Requirements
NITEC or Diploma in Metrology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of small tools and general metrology principles, including standards and drawings
Results-driven approach with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively
