Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting activities for multiple entities across the APAC region, including month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit support

• Manage end-to-end operational processes, including payment execution, close-related activities, issue resolution, and coordination with relevant internal teams

• Drive Japan-related operations using business-level Japanese (spoken and written), and translate communications from government authorities and external parties into clear, actionable tasks

• Coordinate Japan-related tax and statutory matters in collaboration with external service providers and internal stakeholders

• Own coordination and escalation across multiple stakeholders, including Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external vendor
   

• Experience in financial reporting and operational support for multiple entities across the APAC region, including month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit-related processes

• Japanese language proficiency at business level or above (written and spoken), required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
