A leading advanced materials and chemical manufacturer is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for India market and spearhead market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a go‑to‑market and sales growth strategy for India
Drive new business development through direct customers, partners, and distributors
Assess customer manufacturing processes to identify technical and commercial application opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, accounts, and internal stakeholders
Track market trends, competitors, and customer insights, providing actionable input to leadership
Candidate Profile:
Takes strong ownership and accountability in driving outcomes
Thrives in a high‑autonomy, fast‑evolving, and unstructured environment
Combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach
Communicates effectively across cultures, functions, and technical levels
Motivated by building new markets and delivering measurable growth
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry; process engineering background preferred
Demonstrated success in business development, market entry, or sales expansion
Solid understanding of the India semiconductor ecosystem and market dynamics
Experience managing customer relationships and working with distribution or channel partners
