Logistics Purchasing Manager (Indirect) - Global Chemical MNC
A renowned chemical MNC is looking for a manager to oversee the supply chain requirements for purchasing projects within the APAC region, with a focus on Japanese market.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Regional and local (with a focus on the Japan market) on supply chain operations
Collaborating with global category team leads
Implement and manage regional and global supply chain strategies
Plan and support regional supply chain projects
Management of regional pricing for respectively business units or baskets
Optimisation of sourcing and logistics setup in the Japanese logistics market
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in supply chain management or related field
Min 6 years experience in indirect sourcing and supply chain operations
Knowledge and expertise in Japan logistics market
Abiltity to use Japanese in a working capacity to liaise with Japanese logistics operators and local parties, other Asian languages are as an advantage
