· Understand well about customer’s requirement and pick up suitable property and propose them.
· Attend viewing with customer and provide necessary advice and support
· Negotiate with property owner to meet customer’s expectation
· Take necessary action to resolve issue timely and professional manner
· Provide follow up to Customer after moving into a property
· Prepare necessary documents

· Has wide experience for rental transaction
· Well understand culture difference, respect cultural difference, and able to find out a win-win solution
· A Responsible person who is able to act according to the situation
· Has good time management skill and able to work as a team as well as individual
