The company focuses on delivering trend‑driven, high‑quality accessories and is continuously evolving its product offerings to stay relevant in global markets.

Your New Role As an Accessories Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing product collections across categories such as bags, eyewear, and fashion accessories. This role combines creativity with commercial awareness, requiring you to translate trends and insights into compelling, market‑ready designs.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product concepts are executed effectively from initial idea through to final launch. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Product Development

• Develop and design seasonal collections across multiple accessories categories.

• Create product concepts, colour palettes, and detailed design elements from concept through to launch.

• Produce sketches and visual presentations using both digital and hand‑rendered techniques.

   

2. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with product development, merchandising, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.

• Align design direction with brand positioning, timelines, and commercial objectives.

3. Trend & Market Awareness

• Stay updated on global fashion trends, materials, and construction techniques.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and drive innovation in product design.

4. Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Review seasonal collection performance and incorporate consumer insights into future designs.

• Apply technical knowledge to enhance product functionality, quality, and market relevance.

5. Project & Workflow Management

• Manage design timelines and deliverables to meet seasonal deadlines.

• Support additional creative and design‑related initiatives when required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in accessories design, particularly in bags and related categories, with a strong portfolio.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong ability in both digital and hand sketching, with clear visual storytelling skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.

• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.

• Proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Team‑oriented with a positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude.

• Open to relocation if required.
