This is a 7 -8 month agency contract role (renewable).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, with familiarity in ASEAN regulatory frameworks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in handling multiple contracts and projects simultaneously under tight timelines
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients
Works effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and other business units
Experience in working in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Law from a recognized institution
Prior experience handling data protection and privacy regulations
Atleast 5 years’ post-qualification experience, gained either in private practice or in-house
Experience in negotiating large-scale or complex cloud-based technology agreements
