【Job Responsibilities】
• Process all employee claims such as medical, transport, etc.
• Responsible for procurement of equipment and services.
• Manage all transport related matters such as transport arrangement.
• Manage suppliers and contractors related to the effective running of the administration of company
• Monitor and maintain office computers and network equipment, general equipment.
• Assist in organising employee bonding functions or activities.
• Assist in the general affairs in the admin office.
【Requirement】
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Have existing experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
