JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Operator is a frontline role responsible for meal assembly, cooking, chilling, and packaging in a fresh‑chilled food production environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining food safety, product quality, and operational efficiency within a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled facility handling time‑sensitive food products.
Assemble and portion meals following recipes and visual guides
Support cooking, chilling, and packaging processes
Operate food preparation and packaging equipment safely
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable working in a non‑halal food environment
Able to follow instructions and hygiene standards
Willing to learn and work in a fast‑paced production setting
Prior food production experience is helpful but not required — training provided
