OVERVIEW
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, review, and engineer electrical systems for construction projects across Japan
Prepare, update, and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD (ACAD)
Coordinate technical matters with Japanese and overseas clients to ensure project requirements are met
Ensure compliance with electrical design standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering roles
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design practices, and safety standards
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese to communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Willingness to be based in Japan, China, or Germany (location assigned based on project requirements, experience, and candidate preference)
Advantageous Skills:
Experience in construction or engineering project
Prior experience working in a multicultural or international environment
- Business-level English proficiency would be an advantage for communicating with project stakeholders.
BENEFITS
Monthly salary of up to JPY 350,000 ～ JPY 800,000 (depending on experience)
Variable Bonus (around 2 months)
