Responsibilities
Support sourcing activities, coordinate appointments with Japanese startups, and accompany investment team members on visits
Prepare meeting materials, documents, and minutes; create various internal and external reports
Handle LP (investor) relations
Manage communication with Japanese LPs, organize GP proposals for LPs, and provide feedback
Manage tasks and schedules
Domestic and international business trips required

Requirements
Language: English (business communication level); must have practical experience using English at work (English interview required)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience
Background: Trading company, startup, VC, or operating company experience preferred
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
Strong multitasking skills and agility
Benefits
