JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client, a well-established multinational company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary / Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. This is a replacement role within a lean and collaborative office environment.
Manage office administration including schedules, leave records, and shared inbox
Maintain office assets, inventory, and coordinate IT / facility-related matters
Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels) and handle expense & claims processing
Support procurement of office supplies, catering, and daily operational needs
Organize company events, staff activities, and internal functions
Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees
Ensure proper documentation and compliance records are up to date (e.g. org chart, bizSAFE)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in administrative, secretarial, or office support roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
