JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position provides accounting and administrative support, with a key focus on payroll processing and coordination with external accounting firms. The role is suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and payroll experience who enjoy a hybrid role involving coordination, administration, and support-level accounting tasks.
Liaise with external accounting firms on accounting and reporting matters
Handle monthly payroll processing and payroll-related administration
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
Support basic accounting functions such as invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
Assist with GST reporting and other statutory requirements
Provide administrative and accounting support as required
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of accounting or payroll experience preferred
Experience in payroll processing is an advantage
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable with coordination and administrative work
Good communication skills
