Sarah is a Senior Recruitment Consultant of the EMC team in JAC Singapore office, she is specialised in technical recruitment in construction and oil & gas industries.
With a master’s degree from NTU (Singapore) and bachelor’s degree from Liaoning Normal University (China), Sarah has been a dedicated technical recruiter with over 10 years of working experience both in house and with agencies.
As a technical recruiter, Sarah’s job includes identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing candidates through internal databases and social media, conducting telephone/face to face interviews, filing paperwork, reviewing T&Cs and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
