Prior to joining JAC Singapore as a Recruitment Consultant, Emi has had 5 years' working experience in the IT industry in sales and account management. Upon graduation, she joined one of the top telecommunication companies in Japan as a Solutions Sales Executive. There, she was in the Business Development Division for 4 years. Her responsibilities were to obtain new clients and to also build strong relationships with them. As she was new in the IT field, she learned everything from ground up, from basic architects to trend services, and through her hard work, managed to achieve her sales targets every year.
In 2018, she was transferred to the Singapore branch to join the local sales team. As an Account Manager, she was placed in-charge of local clients, and worked smoothly with the local engineering team to achieve her yearly target.
However, from a young age, she had always held a strong interest to work and live in an international environment. During her university studies, she had a chance to stay a year in Norway as an exchange student. Hence, Emi decided to realise her childhood ambitions to grow professionally in multicultural Singapore. It was then that she brought her strong experience to JAC Recruitment.
Emi specialises in IT infrastructure roles and industries (Network/Server/Cloud Solutions/Cyber Securities), and is responsible for supporting both clients and IT infrastructure professionals, including engineers and project managers. In a niche role handling technical experts, Emi is a key player in the recruitment process in understanding and linking each and every candidate to clients who can further nurture talents to in turn grow their organisation.
