The role of a Recruitment Consultant is to provide a vital link between both clients and candidates, by establishing sincere, lasting partnerships and gaining buy-in from both ends.
A Recruitment Consultant with us will be taking on different functionalities from Sales to Business Development.
This is a people-oriented role, and the Consultant should be able to handle both existing and new clients.
To hit individual and team targets, he or she would be using the appropriate resources to source for potential candidates and aim to place the right fit with the right clients. The incumbent can also look forward to being Networking professionals, to thoroughly understand the clients they represent, as well as to look for top-quality candidates to grow their businesses. As a professional the Recruitment Consultant would also be negotiating business contracts and offers, working to provide the best case scenario for all stakeholders.
The Consultant should be able to work independently, understand industry trends, and hold strong communication abilities. The eventual goal of this individual would be to function a team leader in their specialisation or take on challenges as a Principal Recruiter.
We prefer someone with 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B).
