Our Client, is a new fast growing Beauty and Cosmetic Company from California and a new start up in Singapore is looking for a General Manager Assistant (Admin / Customer Service Support) to join their team!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting General Manager in administration
  • Providing Customer Service for all enquiries and follow up
  • Support other departments when required
  • English, Mandarin and Japanese speaking to liaise with external clients
  • Any other task assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 year of relevant experience in administration or customer service and support
  • English, Mandarin and Japanese speaking to liaise with external clients
  • Able to work in face paced environment
  • Motivated and Dynamic
